Alt text and listing help for Etsy sellers
What AltTagEtsy is
AltTagEtsy helps Etsy sellers write clear, honest descriptions of their listing photos (alt text) and tidy up the basics of listing SEO: titles, tags and descriptions.
Alt text is a short description of what a photo shows. It helps shoppers who use screen readers, and it gives tools that read image text a plain-language summary of your product. We keep the advice practical and modest: good alt text makes listings clearer and more accessible, but it is not a guarantee of higher Etsy search rank.
What we offer
- Free Etsy alt text cheat sheet: rules, examples and a fill-in template you can reuse on every listing.
- Alt text service: alt text written for your listing images.
- Listing Pack ($29): alt text drafts for the images across up to 13 listings, delivered copy-paste ready for you to add in Etsy.
- Etsy SEO service and listing audit: help reviewing titles, tags and alt text gaps.
- Free Etsy title tool and the blog: guides on alt text, tags and listing SEO.
