FAQ
Do you need my Etsy password?
No. Links or a file you export are enough.
Will this make me rank higher?
We don’t promise rankings. Clear alt text helps people and tools understand the photo; Etsy search is broader than one field.
What if Etsy already auto-filled alt text?
You can replace or edit it. Many sellers prefer their own wording.
How many images per listing?
Pack is capped by listings (13). If a listing has many images, we draft each within a fair image cap (e.g. up to 10 images/listing) — confirm at order.
Refunds?
If we miss the agreed delivery window without notice, full refund. Otherwise contact support within 7 days of delivery for a rewrite pass on unclear items.
